Overview

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been shown to be an effective non-pharmaceutical program to manage symptoms of ADHD and executive function. Dr. Solanto reviews a program she has run employing CBT with a focus on ADHD symptoms. Going through the program sequence, we see what tools are used and why they are effective.

  • Check-in with patients on the benefits they are receiving from CBT and prescribed ADHD medication as part of a regular checkup
